By placing an order with Leaf & Latch, you agree to the following payment terms regarding pricing, payment processing, authorization, and billing.

Payment Authorization & Order Processing

Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized and received. Authorization occurs when your payment method has confirmed available funds and fraud checks have cleared.

If a payment is declined, flagged, or otherwise not authorized, we may:

  • Request an alternate form of payment
  • Contact you to resolve the issue

All prices are displayed in your selected currency. Final charges may vary slightly depending on your payment provider’s exchange rate if currency conversion occurs.

You are responsible for any additional fees your provider may charge for international or cross-border transactions.

Chargebacks, Disputes & Reversals

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your order may be delayed, canceled, or reversed at our discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or cancel orders where a chargeback has been initiated without prior communication.

Refunds & Reversals

If a refund or reversal is approved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
