📄 Digital Products — Final Sale
Because most of our products are instant digital downloads, all sales of digital items are final. This includes (but is not limited to):

Once a file is downloaded or delivered, it cannot be returned — so we generally do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products. Leaf & Latch LLC
🔄 Exceptions (We’re Reasonable)
A refund or replacement may be provided if one of the following applies:

You received a corrupted or unreadable file

We sent the wrong product by mistake

You are unable to access your files due to a technical error not caused by user action

📦 Physical Products — Refunds & Replacements
If your order includes physical products (like vinyl stickers, magnets, or Printify-fulfilled items) and something’s wrong:
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the issue
We will offer a refund or replacement for items that:

Arrived damaged

Are misprinted

Because physical products are produced via Printify, their guidelines may also apply; we’ll work with them to resolve issues quickly.
🚫 What We Do Not Refund
Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

Requests after the 7-day (digital) or 10-day (physical) window

Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses

User error on editable/customizable files
