At Leaf & Latch, we want you to feel confident in every purchase — whether it’s a digital download or a physical product. Below are the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be offered. TermsFeed


📄 Digital Products — Final Sale

Because most of our products are instant digital downloads, all sales of digital items are final. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Digital planners

  • Printable inserts

  • Sticker packs

  • Kindle case inserts

  • Journals & notebooks

  • Digital freebies or bonus content Leaf & Latch LLC

Once a file is downloaded or delivered, it cannot be returned — so we generally do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products. Leaf & Latch LLC


🔄 Exceptions (We’re Reasonable)

A refund or replacement may be provided if one of the following applies:

  • You received a corrupted or unreadable file

  • We sent the wrong product by mistake

  • You are unable to access your files due to a technical error not caused by user action

To request help, please email us within 7 days of purchase at leafandlatch.studio@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Helpful screenshots, if available

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. TermsFeed


🧑⚖️ EU/UK & International Buyers

For customers in the EU, UK, or other regions with cooling-off rights, you acknowledge and agree that by downloading digital content you lose any right of withdrawal from the contract. Free Privacy Policy


📦 Physical Products — Refunds & Replacements

If your order includes physical products (like vinyl stickers, magnets, or Printify-fulfilled items) and something’s wrong:

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a refund or replacement for items that:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Are misprinted

  • Are materially different from the description Leaf & Latch LLC

Because physical products are produced via Printify, their guidelines may also apply; we’ll work with them to resolve issues quickly.


🚫 What We Do Not Refund

Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Requests after the 7-day (digital) or 10-day (physical) window

  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses

  • User error on editable/customizable files
