  • 1. Apply

    Tell me what you’re creating, your timeline, and what kind of support you think you need.

    No pressure to be perfect here. Just give me the roots of the idea.

  • 2. Align

    I review your application and we hop on a strategy call.

    This is where we figure out:

    • what you’re building
    • who it’s for
    • how it actually needs to function

    Not just “what pages do you want” but “how does this get used in real life?”

  • 3. Book

    You’ll get a custom proposal with:

    • your recommended service tier
    • scope
    • timeline
    • investment

    Once your contract is signed and your deposit is paid, your spot is officially locked in.

  • 4. Build

    This is where it starts becoming real.

    I design your journal using:

    • your content
    • your offer
    • and my systems that make sure people actually use it

    Because if it doesn’t get used… it doesn’t work.

  • 5. Refine

    You review. You give feedback. We tweak.

    We refine everything within your revision rounds so it feels aligned, clear, and actually usable. Not overwhelming. Not confusing. Not “what am I supposed to do with this?”

  • 6. Deliver

    Final payment goes through, and your journal is delivered ready to go.

    Clean. Functional. Ready to support your people.

  • 7. Support

    I don’t disappear into the forest.

    You’ll have light support after delivery so you’re not stuck Googling your way through questions.

Timeline (so we’re all grounded in reality)

Most projects take about 1 to 4 weeks depending on:

  • scope
  • complexity
  • how quickly you respond during the process
