  • 1. Apply & Tell Me What You’re Building

    Start by filling out a short application so I can understand what you’re creating, who it’s for, and how you want it to function. This helps make sure you’re placed in the right service from the start (no guessing, no awkward redirects later).

  • 2. Get Approved & Lock In Your Project

    Once your project is approved, you’ll receive your contract and deposit invoice. Your spot is officially secured once the deposit is paid — and that’s when your project gets scheduled.

  • 3. Design, Build & Refine

    This is where everything comes to life. I design your journal based on your selected tier, and we collaborate through structured feedback — primarily via Canva comments for small edits and quick adjustments, and Zoom or email when we need to talk through bigger changes or direction.

    No chaotic back-and-forth. No endless revisions. Just clear, intentional progress.

  • 4. Finalize & Deliver

    Once everything is approved and your final payment is complete, your files are delivered and ready to use. You’ll receive your fully designed digital journal along with any included assets — ready to integrate into your product, program, or event.
