DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
How do I access the digital product I just bought?
Once your payment clears, you’ll receive an email with your download link. Check your spam/junk folder too—sometimes our leafy love notes get filtered. Still nothing? Email us at leafandlatch.studio@gmail.com and we’ll re-send it.
Can I use your digital planners and stickers on my iPad or Android tablet?
Absolutely! Our files are compatible with all major annotation apps like GoodNotes, Notability, Penly, and Xodo. Just make sure you're using an app that supports PDFs and PNGs.
Are your digital products reusable?
Yes! All of our planners are undated and reusable—so you can duplicate pages, re-import, and reuse them as many times as your leafy little heart desires.
ORDERS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because our products are instant downloads, we don’t offer refunds on digital items. (Once you have the files, they’re yours forever!) But if you received the wrong file or something’s glitchy, reach out within 7 days—we’ll fix it.
What if I bought a physical product that arrived damaged?
We’ve got you. Email us within 10 days of receiving your order—with your order number and clear photos—and we’ll send a replacement or refund through our Printify partner.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship physical products within the U.S. BUT our digital products are available worldwide—no customs, no delays, just instant leafy joy.
Do you ship physical products to the U.S.?
Yes! All physical products (like our waterproof stickers and Printify-fulfilled goodies) ship within the United States. We currently offer standard shipping via USPS with tracking when available.
Shipping times usually range between 5–10 business days, depending on the product and your location. Everything is made-to-order with leafy love!
How much is shipping for U.S. orders?
Shipping costs vary by product type and location but are calculated at checkout before you pay. Many of our smaller sticker orders qualify for low-cost flat rate shipping or even free shipping during select promos.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. Because our products are printed on demand through Printify, we rely on their production and shipping timelines. But we’re always exploring options to speed things up!
My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
If it’s been more than 10 business daysand tracking hasn’t updated, shoot us an email at leafandlatch.studio@gmail.com. We'll check in with our fulfillment partner and make things right if something’s gone sideways.
REWARDS & ACCOUNT STUFF
How do I earn points in the Rooted Rewards program?
Easy! Create a free account, shop, follow us on social, leave reviews, and refer friends. Every little action earns you leafy points toward discounts and goodies.
Where can I check my rewards balance?
Log into your account and click the “Rooted Rewards” tab to see your point total and redemption options.
Do my reward points expire?
Not at the moment! But we recommend using them sooner rather than later—because you deserve a treat.

Can I use your products for commercial purposes?
Nope—our products are for personal use only unless you’ve got a signed licensing agreement from us. Want to collab or license our designs? Reach out via our Collab Page.
Do you accept custom design requests?
Right now, we’re not taking on custom projects—but feel free to submit a special request here and we’ll see if it’s something we can grow together in the future.
