REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

These Rewards Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the Leaf & Latch rewards program (the “Program”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

Program Overview

The Leaf & Latch Rewards Program is designed to thank and reward our community for engaging with our brand. Rewards may be earned through eligible activities such as purchases, account actions, or other qualifying interactions as defined by Leaf & Latch.

Participation in the Program is optional and free.

Eligibility

To participate in the Rewards Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have a valid customer account on the Leaf & Latch website
  • Provide accurate and current information

Leaf & Latch reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke participation for any user who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Earning Rewards

Rewards may be earned through qualifying actions, which may include (but are not limited to):

  • Making eligible purchases
  • Creating or maintaining an account
  • Participating in promotions or special events
  • Completing specific engagement activities

The types of actions that earn rewards, the amount awarded, and eligibility criteria may change at any time and will be communicated through the website or rewards dashboard.

Reward Value & Redemption

  • Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable
  • Rewards may only be redeemed as specified within the Program
  • Redemption options may include discounts, store credit, exclusive offers, or other benefits determined by Leaf & Latch
  • Rewards cannot be combined with certain promotions unless explicitly stated

Rewards must be redeemed according to the instructions provided at the time of redemption.

Expiration & Forfeiture

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Rewards may expire after a specified period of inactivity
  • Unused rewards may be forfeited if your account is inactive, closed, or terminated
  • Rewards may be revoked if they were earned through error, abuse, or violation of these Terms

Leaf & Latch is not responsible for lost or expired rewards.

Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

If a purchase that earned rewards is returned, refunded, canceled, or reversed, the corresponding rewards may be:

  • Deducted from your rewards balance
  • Voided or adjusted accordingly

This applies to partial refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

Program Changes & Termination

Leaf & Latch reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Program structure
  • Change earning or redemption rules
  • Adjust reward values
  • Pause or terminate the Program entirely

Changes may occur at any time, with or without prior notice. If the Program is discontinued, unused rewards may be forfeited.

Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Program — including creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or engaging in deceptive practices — may result in:

  • Loss of rewards
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Disqualification from future participation

All decisions regarding Program integrity are made at the sole discretion of Leaf & Latch.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leaf & Latch is not liable for:

  • Technical errors affecting reward tracking or redemption
  • Unauthorized access to accounts
  • Program interruptions or discontinuation

Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

Privacy

Participation in the Rewards Program involves the collection and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to this processing for Program-related purposes.

Governing Law

These Rewards Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Rewards Program Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
