At Leaf & Latch, we aim to make delivery expectations clear and transparent — whether your order arrives instantly by download or makes its way to you through the mail.


📥 Digital Products

All digital products (including planners, journals, sticker packs, and printable inserts) are delivered electronically after purchase.

  • No physical shipping is required

  • No shipping fees apply

  • Delivery typically occurs immediately after successful payment via email or download access

Once delivered, digital products are considered final sale. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.


📦 Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Fulfillment)

Physical products (such as stickers or magnets) are produced and shipped through trusted third-party fulfillment partners, including Printify.

Because these items are made to order:

  • Production typically takes 3–7 business days

  • Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier

  • All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees

Once your order ships, tracking information is provided when available through the fulfillment partner.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs and available methods are calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time, Leaf & Latch does not offer free shipping thresholds.

Shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


🌎 International Shipping

Leaf & Latch ships internationally to many regions.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates

  • Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery times for international orders vary significantly and are not guaranteed.


📍 Tracking, Lost, or Delayed Packages

Tracking information is provided for physical orders when available through Printify.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date

  • Include your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details

While Leaf & Latch is happy to assist with carrier communication, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. Replacements or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
