Shipping & Delivery Policy
Digital products are delivered instantly via email and/or your order confirmation page — no waiting required.
Physical products (like stickers or magnets) are produced on demand and typically ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier once your order is in transit.
Because physical items are fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners, shipping timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, Leaf & Latch is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside our control — but we’re always happy to help you troubleshoot next steps.

Payment Terms & Conditions
