Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
When you place an order with Leaf & Latch:
a. You are making an offer to purchase the products you selected.
b. A binding agreement is formed only when we accept your payment and confirm the order, either through an order confirmation page, email, or both.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.
Order Review & Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, all orders are subject to verification and fraud screening.
We reserve the right to review, delay, cancel, or refuse any order if it appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms, even after payment has been processed.
If an order is canceled due to suspected fraud, any amounts charged will be refunded to the original payment method.
