By placing an order through Leaf & Latch, you agree to the terms outlined below. We’ve kept things clear and cozy, but this section covers the legal roots of how we sell, deliver, and support our products—both digital and physical.

Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

When you submit an order through our website, you’re making a purchase offer. We reserve the right to accept or reject that offer for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, payment verification, or suspected misuse.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed automatically:

  • Digital productsare delivered instantly via email and/or customer account access.
  • Physical products (like stickers or magnets) are made to order and shipped via Printify. You’ll receive a tracking number once they’re on their way.

Digital Product Sales Are Final

All digital products—including planners, inserts, sticker packs, and digital journals—are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase and reach out with any questions—we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.

Physical Products: Made-to-Order

Physical goods are fulfilled and shipped via third-party provider Printify. All items are made just for you—so please double-check your shipping info before completing checkout. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, our Refund & Return Policy outlines your next steps.

Download Access & Usage

Your digital product files will be available for immediate download after checkout and through your account (if one was created). We recommend backing up your files, as download links may expire or become inaccessible if our platform changes.

Product Use License

All Leaf & Latch digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

This means:

  • You may use our products for your own planning, journaling, or digital organization.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, upload, or share the files publicly or commercially.

Misuse & Order Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refund suspicious or fraudulent orders
  • Block access to products if misuse is detected
