Return & Refund Policy

At Leaf & Latch, we’re all about growing joy, not confusion. We’ve created this policy to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible—whether you're downloading a digital planner or receiving a sticker pack at your doorstep.

Digital Product Refunds

Because most of our products are instant digital downloads, all sales on digital items are final. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • Digital Planners
  • Printable Inserts
  • Sticker Packs
  • Kindle Case Inserts
  • Journals & Notebooks
  • Digital Freebies or Bonus Content

Once a file is delivered, it can’t be returned—so unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for digital purchases.

Exceptions (We’re not monsters)

If any of the following apply:

  • You received a corrupted or unreadable file
  • You were sent the wrong product by mistake
  • You're having trouble accessing your files

Please email us within 7 daysof purchase at leafandlatch.studio@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any helpful screenshots—we’ll fix it as fast as a pothos on a windowsill.

Physical Product Refunds & Replacements

We want your physical goodies to arrive looking leafy and lovely. If your order includes physical products (like vinyl stickers, magnets, or Printify-fulfilled items) and something’s not quite right, please reach out within 10 days of delivery.

We'll happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your product is significantly different than described

Note: Physical products are produced via Printify, so their replacement guidelines apply. We’ll work with them to resolve things quickly.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer's remorse ("I changed my mind")
  • Late requests (after 7 days for digital or 10 days for physical)
  • Lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address
  • User error on editable/customizable files
  • Print quality differences due to home printer settings
