At Leaf & Latch, we believe in instant joy and zero confusion. Whether you're downloading a digital planner or waiting for some physical sticker magic to show up at your door, this policy tells you exactly what to expect.

Digital Product Delivery

Instant downloads = instant gratification. All of our digital goods—like planners, inserts, journals, and printable accessories—are delivered automatically to your inbox shortly after checkout.

How it works:

  • After payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link via email.
  • You can also access your files directly from your Leaf & Latch account (if you created one at checkout).

Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder or email us at leafandlatch.studio@gmail.com and we'll resend it with leafy love.

Physical Product Shipping

We offer a small but mighty selection of physical goods—like vinyl stickers and magnets—which are made to order and shipped via our production partner, Printify.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days (each item is printed just for you)
  • Shipping Time (US): 5-12 business days after processing
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Note: Physical items WILL ship separately when ordered along side digital downloads.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship physical products within the United States.

We’re a small but growing business (pun fully intended), and expanding our leafy reach globally is on the horizon.

But good news, international plant lovers!

You can still enjoy all of our digital planners, sticker packs, printable journals, and insert bundles—no shipping required.

They’re delivered instantly to your inbox and ready to download from anywhere in the world.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs for physical goods are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the products in your cart. You’ll see the total before placing your order—no surprise fees, we promise.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we try to keep things running like a well-watered fiddle leaf fig, we can’t control shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other jungle-related chaos.

If your order is:

  • Marked as delivered but missing: Check with neighbors and your local post office first.
  • Delayed or shows no movement for 7+ days: Email us and we'll investigate with Printify.
  • Returned to sender due to an incorrect address: We'll reship for a small fee or refund the item cost (minus shipping).
