Leaf & Latch’s social media spaces — including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and any official community groups or channels (“Social Spaces”) — are meant to be supportive, inclusive, creative spaces that reflect our community values.

This policy explains how we moderate social interactions, what behavior is expected, and how you can engage respectfully with our content and community.

Be Kind, Respectful & Safe

We love thoughtful conversation, encouragement, and community vibes — but we do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks
  • Personal attacks or bullying
  • Abusive or threatening language
  • Content that targets protected classes
  • Spam, scams, or misleading promotions

We want Social Spaces to be uplifting and plant-powered, not chaotic.

What You Can Share

We encourage you to post:

✔ Helpful suggestions and questions
✔ Community inspiration and encouragement
✔ Respectful dialogue and ideas

What Will Be Removed

Content that violates this policy — including posts, comments, images, or links — may be hidden or removed. This includes:

❌ Hate speech or discriminatory remarks
❌ Harassment or derogatory comments
❌ Spam, promotional links, or unrelated content
❌ Threats of harm to self or others
❌ Misleading or deceptive statements
❌ Content that violates platform rules

Moderation actions may include deletion of content, muting, blocking, or removal from a group or channel.

Moderation Is at Our Discretion

Leaf & Latch reserves the right to:

  • Remove or hide any content that does not align with community expectations
  • Restrict access for users who repeatedly violate guidelines
  • Edit or clarify community posts for clarity or policy adherence
  • Report harmful behavior to platform moderators

We moderate consistently but not perfectly — if something doesn’t feel right, reach out.

Reporting Issues

If you see content that violates this policy or makes you uncomfortable, please report it to us or through the platform’s native reporting tools.

Platform Rules Still Apply

Each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) has its own policies and community guidelines. Our rules are in addition to those — not a replacement.

If a platform removes or flags content, that’s out of our control but still part of how the space functions.
