  • Product names, descriptions, and titles.
  • Website graphics, layout and custom icons
  • Social Media Captions, marketing copy, and branded content
  • The Leaf & Latch logo, taglines and design elements.
  • Our Rooted Rewards program structure and language

All designs and written content are protected by U.S. copyright law and international treaties where applicable.

What You Can Do

If you’ve purchased or downloaded a Leaf & Latch product for personal use, you’re welcome to:

  • Use it on your own devices
  • Print and use it at home
  • Share photos of your planner/sticker use on social media (tag us, we'd love to see!)
  • Recommend it to your friends or audience with proper credit
  • Use our affiliate program to share & earn rewards

You may also use our products for personal gifts (non-commercial).

What You Can’t Do

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute any Leaf & Latch files or designs
  • Upload our products or designs to third-party platforms (like Etsy, Pinterest, Canva, etc.)
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or branding
  • Claim our designs, text, or images as your own
  • Use our branding (logo, name, taglines) without permission
  • Use Leaf & Latch designs for commercial purposes unless we’ve signed a licensing agreement

Enforcement & DMCA Protection

Leaf & Latch monitors for copyright violations across platforms. If our work is found to be misused or stolen, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit DMCA takedown requests
  • Report infringement to hosting platforms or marketplaces
  • Pursue legal action when necessary
